We offer frozen gac fruit in different processing styles, including whole fruit and gac aril with seeds. The product is widely used in traditional foods, bakery products, desserts, food processing applications and natural food coloring ingredients.
Fresh gac fruits are carefully selected and frozen to maintain their natural quality and year-round availability. For the aril-with-seeds option, only the bright red aril surrounding the seeds is retained, while the rind and yellow-orange flesh are removed during processing.
